Requirements

  • Degree in communications, media, marketing, business, or related fields
  • 1-2 years practical experience in social media and content creation in a corporate environment
  • Hands-on experience creating visual content using Canva or similar
  • Comfortable working in a professional, regulated environment
  • Understanding importance of careful, aligned communication
  • Enjoyment of collaborating with different stakeholders
  • Confidence interacting with senior colleagues
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills in German and English
  • Enjoyment of creating content (text to visuals)
  • Good eye for design and storytelling

Tasks

  • Develop corporate social media channels, focusing on LinkedIn
  • Support executive communication and content creation
  • Engage senior leadership and board-level social media communities
  • Create engaging content formats for various audiences
  • Translate business topics into clear, compelling messages
  • Ensure communication aligns with corporate tone and regulations
  • Contribute to editorial planning and content strategy
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance
  • Report on social media metrics and derive actionable insights
  • Continuously improve content quality and impact
