- Strong presentation and storytelling ability
Tasks
- Lead group-level financial planning and performance review
- Translate operational and real estate performance into financial insights
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
- Support strategic decision-making on growth, profitability, and capital allocation
- Create and maintain executive reporting packages for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Design and build data-driven tools and processes for asset performance
- Support long-term portfolio strategy and scalable growth
- Lead annual budgeting across all functions
- Consolidate property-level forecasts into group-level financial views
- Act as a business partner to Real Estate Asset Managers
- Manage rolling forecasts with variance analysis
- Ensure alignment between operational assumptions and financial outputs
- Maintain consistent KPI definitions across reporting systems
- Develop dashboards for real-time performance visibility
- Model breakeven and rent coverage sensitivity
- Analyze growth scenarios and performance drivers
- Conduct ad-hoc deep dives on cost efficiencies
- Maintain the group financial model
