Requirements
- •Degree in safety engineering or comparable university degree with training as an occupational safety specialist
- •Good communication and moderation skills at all levels
- •Conceptual and structured way of working
- •Good command of English (written and spoken)
- •Moderate willingness to travel
- •Sound experience in occupational and plant safety from the manufacturing industry
- •Passion for EHS management

Tasks
- •Support sites in Germany and other European countries in shaping safety culture
- •Introduce central safety standards
- •Act as the first point of contact for local managing directors and EHS managers
- •Lead and develop local EHS managers in your region
- •Report directly to the Head of Corporate EHS
- •Collaborate on the design of group-wide safety initiatives and programs
- •Conduct training programs and workshops for specialists and leaders
- •Support the implementation of safety initiatives
- •Develop competencies and soft skills through training and coaching sessions
