- •2–4 years of relevant professional experience

- •Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- •Proven financial modelling experience
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders
- •Structured, logical thinking and attention to detail

Tasks
- •Map markets and benchmark industries
- •Screen and identify acquisition targets
- •Assess targets with internal expert teams
- •Build and refine financial models
- •Perform valuations and scenario analyses
- •Prepare M&A briefings for senior management
- •Evaluate strategic fit and value creation
- •Coordinate due diligence for transaction execution
- •Interface with external advisors
