Requirements

  • University degree in business, finance, information systems, data science, or related field
  • Multiple years of experience in Internal Audit, Consulting, Project Management, or similar corporate functions
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills for designing and improving audit methodologies, processes, and digital workflows
  • Experience in project and change management
  • Structured, analytical, and independent working style
  • Experience developed in consulting/audit or similar professional services environments
  • High interpersonal and intercultural competence
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and relationship-building
  • Familiarity with IIA Standards, audit quality frameworks, and audit management software
  • Experience with digital tools and AI-supported applications is beneficial
  • Fluent English
  • German and/or other languages are a plus
  • Professional certifications in auditing or related fields are a plus

Tasks

  • Conceptualize, implement, and maintain compliant, lean, standardized processes
  • Develop, maintain, enhance corporate audit policies, methodologies, templates, guidance
  • Translate regulatory requirements, IIA Standards, audit trends into practical guidance
  • Drive continuous improvement of audit management software, digital workflows
  • Coordinate internal, external Quality Assurance Reviews, implement improvement actions
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen audit quality, capability building, knowledge sharing
  • Ensure global consistency of audit methodology across regions, teams
  • Provide onboarding, training, methodological support to auditors
  • Collaborate with professional bodies, external networks, internal governance stakeholders
  • Serve as subject-matter expert for audit standards, methodology, quality topics
