Description

You will drive the company's brand narrative by coordinating multi-channel campaign content, from managing localized video assets to ensuring seamless storytelling across digital and in-store platforms.

Requirements

• •2+ years experience in content coordination, campaign management, or marketing communications
• •Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• •Experience coordinating video, voice-over, and subtitle production
• •Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
• •Detail-orientation and ability to meet tight deadlines
• •Knowledge of brand guidelines, legal compliance, and promotional requirements
• •Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and asset management tools
• •Native German, fluent English, and Dutch skills

Tasks

• •Plan campaign content, timelines, and asset lists
• •Align priorities with global and merchandising teams
• •Maintain an organized campaign asset inventory
• •Develop copy for digital and social channels
• •Ensure brand tone and legal guideline consistency
• •Maintain a centralized yearly copy document
• •Identify video assets requiring localization
• •Coordinate scripts, agencies, and voice-over talent
• •Review and deliver final localized files
• •Monitor localization and recording budgets
• •Ensure cross-channel alignment with campaign strategies
• •Conduct regular check-ins to track updates
• •Create POSM messaging for in-store content
• •Coordinate visual asset needs with graphics teams
• •Assess store needs for brand safety and impact
• •Oversee translations and print-ready approvals
• •Develop promotional messaging and legal disclaimers
• •Prepare internal overviews of promotional mechanics
• •Collect and share feedback to improve processes
