Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Advanced certifications (CFA, CPA, ACMA) are a strong plus
- At least 5 years of financial analysis, cost accounting, or forecasting experience
- Advanced proficiency with financial modeling tools (Excel, BW, TM1)
- Advanced proficiency with ERP systems, including SAP
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Clear communication of complex financial data
- High organization and efficient project management
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Teamwork skills
- Strong sense of compliance
- Adherence to financial regulations and internal controls
Tasks
- Own financial analysis and modeling for assigned Value Stream
- Support initiatives impacting cost, service, and working capital
- Conduct deep dives into standard cost development
- Model trade margins and benchmark against competition
- Inform key business cases, including capex
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments
- Ensure data-driven performance improvements
- Lead cross-functional analyses to harmonize reporting
- Standardize financial processes
- Monitor financial performance
- Conduct insightful ad-hoc analyses
- Prepare clear, impactful reports and presentations
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure alignment with corporate policies and regulatory compliance
- Shape ISCO's Divisional and Business Unit profitability
