Requirements
- Strong theoretical knowledge of control theory, optimisation, model-predictive control, state estimation, and numerical methods
- Practical experience developing and tuning control systems for physical systems (simulation and real world)
- Experience productionising and scaling systems (real-time controllers, performance monitoring)
- Strong C++ and Python skills
- Experience with control, dynamics, and modelling of road vehicles
- Passion for self-driving cars and making a positive impact
Tasks

- Enhance controller performance, stability, and reliability
- Develop control and integration methods for ML-coupled systems
- Test system behavior in challenging driving scenarios
- Refine simulation and evaluation pipelines
