Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience providing job knowledge, skills, and abilities (comparable to 2-5 years) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience
  • Understanding of contract law principles and influencing laws
  • Proven ability to apply investigator grant negotiation principles
  • Effective interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in English and local language
  • Capable of drafting and negotiating contract provisions and budgetary issues with oversight
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical and decision-based thinking
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical product development and CRO involvement
  • Ability to work independently or in a team
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Able to organize competing priorities and review contractual risk
  • Effective use of automated systems and computerized applications (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Problem solving and teamwork skills

  • Prepare and negotiate contracts
  • Finalize the contract process
  • Draft, review, and negotiate site agreements
  • Finalize agreements with study sites
  • Negotiate investigator grant budgets
  • Negotiate contractual terms and conditions
  • Ensure compliance with negotiation parameters
