Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in product or content marketing, ideally within a B2B or technology-driven environment
- Strong understanding of product marketing, content strategy, and go-to-market processes
- Proven ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, benefit-driven marketing messages
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills in English, German is a strong advantage
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Collaborative, proactive, and hands-on personality who thrives in an international environment and enjoys working cross-functionally
Tasks
- Collaborate with Product Portfolio Management and Commercial Teams to understand product features and customer benefits
- Translate technical information into engaging marketing content
- Develop and manage content strategies for product launches and innovations
- Plan and produce high-quality product-related assets, including guides, videos, and website content
- Ensure product messaging aligns with Kardex brand positioning and business objectives
- Support product launches with targeted content and promotional materials
- Monitor competitor and market trends to identify differentiation opportunities
- Manage multiple product content projects, balancing priorities and deadlines
- Act as the marketing liaison for Product Management to ensure alignment across departments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective content distribution
- Produce and edit high-quality written and visual content for diverse audiences
- Work with creative teams to develop engaging visuals and videos
- Uphold Kardex tone of voice and visual identity across all content
