- Experience in Global Matrix organization
- Experience with remotely based team
- Knowledge of global campaign implementation with regional requirements
- Proven track record supporting XSell, Upsell, New Logo growth
- Content generation supporting pipeline campaigns
- Strong experience with localization processes
- Proven skills using creative tools
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with content management platforms
- Expertise in digital marketing
- Expertise in events marketing
- Expertise in content marketing
- Expertise in demand generation marketing
- Deep understanding of audience engagement through multiple channels
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights
- Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance

Tasks
- Develop content strategy for demand generation, thought leadership, public relations, customer advocacy, and brand awareness
- Build and manage regional content calendar aligned with global and regional priorities
- Establish and manage content review process for stakeholder buy-in and visibility
- Create original content including blogs, articles, whitepapers, infographics, videos, podcasts, and marketing copy
- Develop marketing content for partners, such as presentations, webinars, portal updates, social media posts, and success stories
- Produce written and video customer case studies for regional clients
- Collaborate with demand generation managers to align content with campaign requirements
- Work with global content team to develop thought leadership and brand awareness assets
- Support localization of global content for CE&I campaigns, including publishing localized assets
- Support public relations strategy and initiatives in CE&I with the global PR team
- Manage organic social media content with demand generation managers
- Optimize and publish content for regional SEO goals with the Global Digital SEO team
- Manage regional web pages for organic visibility and increased conversion rates
- Support local product marketing for timely go-to-market of new products and solutions
- Track performance, report on ROI, and optimize future content initiatives
- Manage external agencies and vendors for asset creation
