Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
- 2–5 years professional experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with CMS systems
- Hands-on experience with SEO basics and paid search
- Hands-on experience with Email marketing tools
- Hands-on experience with Web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Structured, reliable, and proactive working style
- Strong communication and collaborative mindset
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Tasks
- Plan, create, and publish engaging website and webshop content
- Create blog articles, case studies, and interviews
- Develop email campaigns and newsletters
- Generate social media content
- Produce brochures and one-pagers
- Create campaign assets
- Support packaging and product communication materials
- Ensure brand consistency and product messaging alignment
- Maintain editorial calendars and content workflows
- Support website and webshop optimization
- Coordinate CMS updates, landing pages, and product content
- Contribute to user experience improvements
- Enhance SEO and search visibility
- Improve conversion paths and lead capture forms
- Track and hand over leads to relevant teams
- Support digital campaign execution for brand initiatives
- Assist with digital campaigns for product launches
- Support digital campaigns for events and partner initiatives
- Help with performance marketing measures
- Distribute email and CRM campaigns
- Monitor traffic, engagement, and conversion KPIs
- Support campaign reporting and performance analysis
- Contribute to A/B testing and improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with external SEO and paid media agencies
