Consulting Architect(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will collaborate with customers to design and implement SUSE solutions while providing technical leadership and fostering strong relationships. Your daily responsibilities will include configuring software, explaining product value, and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• •Experience with Kubernetes (preferably Rancher Prime)
• •Experience with security products (SIEMs, WAFs, etc.)
• •10-15 years of hands-on experience working with relevant IT technology
• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a closely related field
• •Experience designing and implementing solutions for large enterprise customers
• •Experience with containers and container orchestration
• •Experience with DevOps and CI/CD software
• •Experience working in an enterprise Linux environment
• •Awareness and understanding of the Open Source software industry
• •Experience with virtualization technologies
• •Experience with storage technologies

Tasks

• •Design and implement SUSE solutions with customers
• •Configure software, including building automation scripts
• •Implement integrations to address customer challenges
• •Maintain expert-level knowledge of the SUSE product portfolio
• •Understand complementary technologies in the ecosystem
• •Explain the value and impact of SUSE solutions to customers
• •Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• •Provide technical leadership and advocate for customer needs
• •Channel feedback throughout customer engagement lifecycles
• •Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• •Work proactively with geographically distributed customers and colleagues
• •Adapt and learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• •Transform functional requirements into implementable solutions
• •Lead customers in driving solution adoption
• •Present technical concepts to diverse audiences
• •Set and maintain goals while welcoming feedback
