  • •3+ years of experience at Tier 1 or Tier 2/boutique firms
  • •Very good skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • •Affinity for software and IT-services topics
  • •Demonstrable experience in exit readiness, cost optimisation, due diligence, or post-merger integration projects
  • •Ability to assimilate industry insights quickly and translate into tangible recommendations
  • •Proven ability to build relationships at senior levels and influence decision-making
  • •Excellent language skills in German and English

  • •Support development of growth and Go-To-Market strategies
  • •Identify cost drivers and propose reduction measures
  • •Design new business models and recommend process improvements
  • •Provide guidance on buy-and-build initiatives and portfolio restructuring
  • •Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking
  • •Prepare concise, board-level materials for senior executives
  • •Engage with finance and operations teams for project execution
