Requirements

  • •Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, Informatik oder vergleichbar
  • •Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Requirements Engineering oder Anforderungsmanagement
  • •Know-how in der Priorisierung von Anforderungen und agilen Vorgehensweisen wie Scrum und Design Thinking
  • •Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1 – C2) in Wort und Schrift
  • •Reisebereitschaft (ca. 10 %)
  • •Priorisierung von Aufgaben und Überblick über das große Ganze
  • •Kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in mit Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • •Gespür für unterschiedliche Stakeholder
  • •Offenheit für Veränderungen und Kreativität für innovative Lösungen

Tasks

  • •Anforderungen der Kunden aus der Energiebranche identifizieren und erheben
  • •Anforderungen in Form von User Stories im Backlog bewerten und dokumentieren
  • •Den gesamten Lebenszyklus einer Anforderung verantworten
  • •Interessen der Stakeholder methodisch und strategisch abwägen
  • •Eine Roadmap zur Priorisierung der Anforderungen entwickeln
  • •Interessen der Stakeholder moderieren und ein einheitliches Verständnis herstellen
  • •Alle Beteiligten auf eine gemeinsame Projektvision ausrichten
  • •Fachliche Verantwortung für das Projekt tragen und eng mit dem Projektleiter abstimmen
  • •Wirtschaftlichkeit und Risiken im Blick behalten
