- Interest in insurance, financial services, consulting methodologies
- International experience or exposure to global environments is a plus
- International experience or German/other languages is a plus
Tasks
- Drive AI and GenAI transformation initiatives
- Identify use cases for AI and GenAI
- Develop AI solutions and capabilities
- Support AI implementation
- Define AI strategy and target operating models
- Create governance concepts and adoption roadmaps
- Ensure regulatory and ethical compliance
- Analyze business processes for AI opportunities
- Research emerging AI technologies and trends
- Translate AI insights into practical recommendations
- Prepare client-ready presentations and workshops
- Report on AI transformation progress
- Use AI and GenAI tools for daily tasks
- Support project management activities
- Track milestones and communicate with stakeholders
- Report project status
- Participate in internal AI communities
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Support innovation activities
- Develop training materials for AI tools
- Take ownership of workstreams and AI topics

- Currently in higher education
