Tasks

- Draft written incident reports
- Draft CST documentation
- Observe CCTV to ensure site security
- Understand ICD 705 construction aspects and decisions
- Apply applicable guidance and regulations to ensure contract performance
- Apply knowledge of construction divisions and security standards to mitigate threats
- Utilize technical surveillance techniques and procedures
- Understand foreign intelligence operations and counter-intelligence devices
- Understand area threats
- Provide expertise on construction alternatives
- Apply US government security policies and standards
- Understand access control design and setup
- Apply inspection techniques and methodologies
- Manage secure logistics of materials
- Conduct technical surveillance of personnel
- Inspect completed work
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications

- Understand telecommunication system vulnerabilities to clandestine devices
- Assess construction terminology, procedures, and practices
