- Evaluate impact of solutions on change management
- Collaborate with IT Product Manager
- Align solutions with evolving customer needs
- Identify areas for process improvement
- Provide IT solutions and concepts
- Support IT Product Manager in product planning
- Document current challenges and future requirements
- Produce documentation for customer needs
- Serve as liaison between Product Management and technical teams
- Ensure integrity of delivered solutions
