Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Polymer, or Automation Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification
- At least five years of relevant professional experience
- Strong expertise in flexible automation and process optimization
- Proficiency in CAD/CAE, process simulation, production planning, and project management tools
- Solid understanding of rubber and elastomer processing, material behavior, tooling concepts, and throughput optimization
- Experience with robotics or automation programming is an advantage
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to turn customer requirements into feasible, cost-effective production concepts
- Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to industrialization while meeting business objectives
- Proven collaborator with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Ability to clearly present complex technical topics
- Ability to produce precise documentation for smooth coordination
- Fluent English (C1)
- Good command of German (B2) is highly advantageous
