- Advanced hands-on knowledge of CAD tools
- Advanced hands-on knowledge of Catia V5
- Ideally combined with Siemens Teamcenter
- Proven ability to develop sensor layouts
- Proven ability to resolve packaging constraints
- Proven ability to support vehicle integration
- Understanding of Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
- Understanding of SOTIF
- Capability to navigate supplier development systems
- Capability to navigate reporting systems
- Capability to navigate approval systems
- Capability to lead internal release process

Tasks
- Own end-to-end BTV responsibility for SDS camera components
- Ensure technical maturity, compliance, timing, cost, and deliverables
- Define sensor positions, viewing directions, and package requirements
- Integrate sensors in vehicle areas using CAD tools, especially Catia V5
- Act as central cross-functional interface for development, integration, quality, safety, security, procurement, and production
- Lead technical reviews and manage Tier-1 suppliers
- Track work products, escalate issues, and ensure release readiness
- Plan and track validation activities for hardware and software
- Review and approve supplier test plans, performance reports, and corrective actions
- Create and maintain specifications, requirements documents, verification plans, and integration documentation
- Manage component approval and release processes using corporate tools
