Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent in banking & finance, business administration, law, or data science
  • Minimum 5 years banking industry experience with conceptual work focus
  • Exposure to compliance, risk management, legal, or audit in Private Banking is a plus
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Proactive attitude and end-to-end execution ownership
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent knowledge in additional Office applications (e.g., SharePoint)
  • Knowhow in Confluence, Jira, or similar tools is a plus
  • Stress resistance
  • Ability to cope with tight deadlines
  • Ability to deliver independently under time pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain sound stakeholder relationships
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Other languages are an advantage

Tasks

  • Support design and implementation of new methodologies and frameworks
  • Drive efficiency and informed decision-making in compliance projects
  • Ensure disciplined delivery of Central Compliance key roadmap objectives
  • Support Risk Type Owners in implementing regulatory developments and best practices
  • Lead or participate in initiatives for Compliance Risk Management Framework
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor key roadmap initiatives and budget tracking
  • Ensure alignment with business and compliance goals, timelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Create professional presentation materials for various management levels
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to track progress and identify dependencies
  • Escalate issues proactively to ensure timely resolution
  • Interact with senior stakeholders in Compliance and Business
  • Engage with international locations of the Group
  • Collaborate with partners across all three Lines of Defence
  • Work with domestic and foreign Group affiliates
