Tasks
- Develop, implement, and improve the Group-wide compliance system.
- Monitor and develop compliance risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Design and deliver compliance training, presentations, and communication.
- Conduct KYC checks.
- Review compliance-related reports and inquiries.
- Support handling potential compliance concerns.
- Manage AML, Sanctions, and Anti-Trust Law compliance.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on regulatory topics.
- Initiate and lead compliance projects, including IT workflow integration.
