Requirements

  • •Master or bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or Finance
  • •3-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, consultancy, auditing, internal audit, or financial supervision
  • •Strong knowledge of German and EU regulatory frameworks
  • •Advanced database skills
  • •Strategic and analytical mindset with resilience under pressure
  • •Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

  • •Develop, coordinate, and maintain the outsourcing oversight function
  • •Report regularly to the executive board and supervisory board
  • •Undertake compliance training to enhance professional skills and knowledge
