Tasks
- •Support EMEA sales with cross-border distribution and sales practices
- •Maintain governance, reporting, and compliance policies
- •Manage compliance training and client asset oversight
- •Review marketing materials for global funds and institutional marketing
- •Oversee client classifications and suitability within the EMEA platform
- •Coordinate account opening documentation and market openings
- •Execute investor asset transfers and account restructures
- •Maintain account records and approve new setups
- •Coordinate fund launches, closures, and transition events
- •Provide global expertise and training for account setups
- •Reconcile transition management trade execution files
- •Develop client transition strategies with portfolio and trading teams
- •Monitor daily cash flows and confirm transactions with custodians
- •Track industry and regulatory changes across multiple jurisdictions
