Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or related field
  • Mid-term experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Controlling, or related analytical HR function
  • Experience supporting or managing merit cycles (strong advantage)
  • Good understanding of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and performance-based pay
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) (plus)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High affinity for data and systems
  • Strong interest in Pay Transparency and Equal Pay topics
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Fluent English
  • German language skills (plus)

Tasks

  • Support implementation and development of pay transparency frameworks
  • Conduct equal pay analyses
  • Prepare reports for internal and regulatory requirements
  • Support compliance with global pay transparency regulations
  • Simplify and refine global job architecture
  • Review role structures
  • Identify inconsistencies in job architecture
  • Propose streamlined solutions for job architecture
  • Develop clear, scalable job families and leveling frameworks
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders
  • Align job architecture updates with operational needs
  • Align job architecture updates with Total Rewards principles
  • Maintain and improve job architecture documentation
  • Improve job architecture governance and communication
  • Coordinate annual compensation review cycle, including budgeting
  • Maintain and configure merit processes in HR tools
  • Monitor increase distribution
  • Perform validation checks
  • Ensure governance compliance
  • Serve as HRBP contact during merit cycle
  • Conduct post-cycle analyses
  • Prepare post-cycle reporting
  • Revise and develop Total Rewards strategy
  • Support benchmarking and market analyses
  • Develop communication materials for rewards and compensation
  • Drive harmonization and simplification initiatives across regions
