Description

As a Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping internal and external communications, crafting engaging content, and ensuring alignment with the strategy. Your work will involve collaborating with leadership, managing communication channels, and executing public relations initiatives.

Requirements

• •University degree in Politics, Publicism, Communications, PR, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or comparable studies
• •Minimum 5 years of experience in a communications role, in-house or agency side
• •Strong and diplomatic team player
• •Confidence in owning projects and tasks
• •Motivation to work in a dynamic learning atmosphere
• •Outstanding writing skills
• •Excellent Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
• •Excellent organization skills
• •Strong analytical, communications, and presentation skills
• •Willingness and ability to travel internationally
• •Fluency in spoken and written English and German

Tasks

• •Support planning and execution of communications activities
• •Create compelling materials for internal and external communications
• •Implement Isar Aerospace's internal communication strategy
• •Manage and evaluate internal communication channels
• •Draft messages and presentations for senior executives
• •Ensure consistency in internal communications across mediums
• •Assist in planning and delivering leadership exchange meetings
• •Organize all-staff and internal events for employee engagement
• •Develop and manage communication policies and processes
• •Create and schedule cross-channel social media content
• •Execute strategic public relations initiatives
• •Build and maintain strong media relations
• •Monitor and analyze media positioning and reach
