Tasks
- Manage comprehensive communications program
- Coordinate with GPST Secretariat leadership
- Develop and refine communications strategy
- Oversee digital presence and website management
- Update website content and analytics
- Coordinate digital outreach via social media and email
- Develop editorial content (reports, fact sheets, newsletters, blogs, publications, multimedia)
- Ensure accuracy and quality of editorial content
- Guide publication workflows (drafting, editing, design, approval, promotion)
- Support dissemination of GPST and partners’ work
- Collaborate with Secretariat team and partners
- Plan and execute major events and convenings
- Coordinate speaker and promotion for events
- Manage customer relationships and post-event reporting
- Maintain brand and design consistency
- Update templates and visual standards
- Strengthen GPST network
- Work with Agora’s power system transformation and communications teams
