Tasks

  • Manage comprehensive communications program
  • Coordinate with GPST Secretariat leadership
  • Develop and refine communications strategy
  • Oversee digital presence and website management
  • Update website content and analytics
  • Coordinate digital outreach via social media and email
  • Develop editorial content (reports, fact sheets, newsletters, blogs, publications, multimedia)
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of editorial content
  • Guide publication workflows (drafting, editing, design, approval, promotion)
  • Support dissemination of GPST and partners’ work
  • Collaborate with Secretariat team and partners
  • Plan and execute major events and convenings
  • Coordinate speaker and promotion for events
  • Manage customer relationships and post-event reporting
  • Maintain brand and design consistency
  • Update templates and visual standards
  • Strengthen GPST network
  • Work with Agora’s power system transformation and communications teams
