Requirements

Tasks

• Plan and implement commissioning strategies for key journals
• Define best practices across the entire Collections lifecycle
• Identify high-impact topics for new Collections
• Analyze market share trends for specific research topics
• Perform strategic competitor analysis
• Build relationships with internal and external editorial communities
• Use data analysis tools to drive topic selection
• Manage the Collections pipeline to meet publication targets
• Collaborate with journal teams on development plans
• Invite researchers to serve as Guest Editors or authors
• Coordinate and lead training for Guest Editors
• Partner with marketing teams to promote Collections
• Support Managing Editors with peer review oversight
