  • Understanding of and experience with data architecture, analytics, cloud
  • Hands-on SQL experience
  • Ability to solve customer business problems with Snowflake solutions
  • Customer-facing communication skills to technical/executive audiences
  • Hands-on Python experience
  • Experience with modern data technology (dbt, spark, containers, devops, git)
  • Experience with data science and machine learning technology
  • Ability to build connections, relationships, and trust with customers
  • Love of learning
  • Openness to giving and receiving feedback
  • Passion for customer and team success
  • Willingness to apply even if not ticking every box

Tasks

  • Solve complex customer problems
  • Collaborate with account sales team and channel partners
  • Understand and support customer needs
  • Strategize on customer evaluations
  • Help customers choose Snowflake solutions
  • Translate features into business solutions
  • Present Snowflake technology to executives and technical teams
  • Demonstrate Snowflake value through hands-on interactions
  • Create and develop technical champions
  • Stay updated on Snowflake technology and roadmap
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive and complementary technologies
  • Position Snowflake effectively in the market
  • Learn from sales wins and losses
  • Collaborate with sales engineers
  • Work with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Represent Snowflake at industry events
  • Build joint architectures with ecosystem partners
  • Collaborate on account strategies and initiatives
