Tasks

  • Own and manage projects from lead to closing
  • Structure project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Drive feasibility assessments with stakeholders
  • Coordinate project management and stakeholder interactions
  • Ensure consistent progress across workstreams
  • Maintain a clear and structured pipeline
  • Keep CRM up to date
  • Translate project progress into high-quality materials
  • Create analyses and presentations
  • Prepare commercial agreements
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively
  • Act as operational interface between teams and stakeholders
  • Maintain clear communication and alignment
  • Ensure stakeholder accountability
  • Assign responsibilities, deadlines, and next steps
  • Maintain overview of multiple parallel projects
