Requirements
- 2 to 5+ years experience in project development, management, consulting, or similar
- Preferred experience in renewables, Power-to-X, energy, infrastructure or fuels
- Degree in business, engineering, energy, or related field
- Strong ownership and execution mindset

Tasks
- Own and manage projects from lead to closing
- Structure project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Drive feasibility assessments with stakeholders
- Coordinate project management and stakeholder interactions
- Ensure consistent progress across workstreams
- Maintain a clear and structured pipeline
- Keep CRM up to date
- Translate project progress into high-quality materials
- Create analyses and presentations
- Prepare commercial agreements
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively
- Act as operational interface between teams and stakeholders
- Maintain clear communication and alignment
- Ensure stakeholder accountability
- Assign responsibilities, deadlines, and next steps
- Maintain overview of multiple parallel projects
- Manage and improve CRM system
- Translate opportunities into decision-ready materials
- Build understanding of technology and pipeline
- Support structuring the funnel
- Establish strong working relationships
- Drive multiple projects towards feasibility and closing
- Improve funnel structure, tracking, and communication
- Deliver high-quality materials for decision-making
- Own execution across defined projects
- Enable commercial progress and pipeline quality
- Implement process improvements proactively
