Requirements

• B.S./B.A. Degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare, or Engineering
• 4+ years Sales or Sales Management experience
• 2+ years Corporate Training or Training Management experience
• Experience with da Vinci Surgical Systems preferred
• Knowledge of the operating theater preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• High organization and independent operation skills
• Ability to travel 15%+
• English fluency

Tasks

• Report to the Manager of Commercial Learning
• Collaborate with European Distribution Managers on sales strategies
• Assess distributor sales team strengths and skill gaps
• Develop programs to address identified competency gaps
• Standardize business processes with internal cross-functional partners
• Execute e-learning initiatives with Learning and Technology Specialists
• Maintain accurate and current training records
• Create curricula and materials for technical and clinical training
• Manage regional and corporate new hire training programs
• Deliver clinical and capital sales process presentations
• Utilize diverse training formats like remote and video learning
• Align training with global marketing messaging and value propositions
• Conduct field rides to provide coaching and mentorship
• Support da Vinci procedures within hospital operating rooms
• Maintain expert certification on surgical systems and procedures
• Certify distributor personnel on advanced instrumentation
• Educate partners on surgical system management best practices
• Forecast annual program needs to support organizational growth
• Analyze sales effectiveness and generate training reports
