Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, medicine, or life sciences
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Brand, Marketing, or Product manager in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in field/customer engagement roles (Sales Rep, KAM, Sales Manager, MSL)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the therapeutic area of Psoriasis and/or other dermatologic TA, or Inflammatory Bowel Disease or other immunological diseases
  • Ability to lead and influence people and teams with and without formal authority
  • Experience in launching products in mass markets with high competition
  • At least 3 years of experience in functional leadership of employees and cross-functional project teams
  • High level of strategic and analytical thinking combined with solid business acumen
  • Data-driven decision-making: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
  • Digital collaboration: Experience working effectively with colleagues in virtual or remote settings
  • Digital fluency: Proficiency in leveraging digital tools, platforms, and AI
  • Dedication to lead by example through intentional skill development and fostering a culture of digital curiosity
  • Highly entrepreneurial and accustomed to operating with high degrees of autonomy

Tasks

  • Maximize the use of Entyvio for eligible patients in Switzerland
  • Lead the launch of Zasocitinib (PSO) for timely market entry
  • Develop and execute the Entyvio brand and customer engagement strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with clinical experts and decision-makers
  • Monitor the market landscape to drive competitive readiness
  • Collaborate with MCE/CSEE and global brand teams for strategy alignment
  • Embed patient-centricity in all commercial strategies
  • Raise awareness of IBD and PSO through co-created initiatives
  • Inspire and develop the GI2 marketing team for performance growth
  • Contribute to Takeda’s transformation objectives using data and innovation
  • Model Takeda’s values and leadership principles in conduct
