Requirements

• •2-5 years relevant work experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting
• •Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis
• •Advanced analytical and organizational skills
• •Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• •Strong communication skills
• •Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools
• •Self-starter with a strong focus on continuous improvement
• •Bachelors or Masters in Business, Accounting or related field

Tasks

• •Support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for core and emerging markets
• •Develop and optimize reporting tools, including BI dashboards
• •Monitor key performance metrics such as promotional investments and ROI
• •Analyze pricing strategies and margin performance
• •Assist in assortment planning and market transitions
• •Drive financial model development for new market opportunities and product launches
• •Manage trade spend and optimize promotional activities by brand and region
