- Experience analysing commercial data and executing insights

- Savviness in MS Office and Salesforce CRM
- Very good German and English language skills
- Certification Business Analyst Salesforce CRM
- Experience in MedTech or international matrix organizations
- Knowledge in Data Analytics and Data Management

- Implement sales force sizing and structure strategies
- Manage customer segmentation and targeting processes
- Oversee opportunity and territory management frameworks
- Analyze sales performance and incentive compensation
- Standardize workflows using Salesforce technology
- Lead local CRM implementation and user testing
- Translate business requirements into technical CRM solutions
- Facilitate local user forums and training activities
- Monitor CRM adoption and data quality standards
- Generate actionable insights for commercial decision-making
- Coordinate local CRM rollouts and deployment readiness
- Manage sales representative onboarding and offboarding
- Execute salesforce benchmarking and territory mapping
- Consult on local incentive scheme design
- Collaborate with digital commercial and marketing stakeholders
