- •Work experience in matrix organizations and complex project environment
- •Organizational and stakeholder skills with ability to project manage sales teamwork
- •Advanced IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, SAP project builder, Primavera, JIRA, Salesforce, and/or AGILE
- •Fluency in written and verbal German and English
- •Engagement, goal-orientation, and methodical approach to work
- •Highly developed networking and communication proficiencies
- •Openness to collaboration and commitment to serving clients and stakeholders
- •Proficiency in managing tasks efficiently in dynamic environments
