- •Degree in engineering, business, economics, or similar
- •Work experience in matrix organizations and complex project environment
- •Organizational and stakeholder skills with ability to project manage sales teamwork
- •Advanced IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, SAP project builder, Primavera, JIRA, Salesforce, and/or AGILE
- •Fluency in written and verbal German and English
- •Engagement, goal-orientation, and methodical approach to work
- •Travel days: Up to 20 days annually

- •Assist the Sales Manager in driving projects forward
- •Prepare internal governance and compile contract documents
- •Create invoices and ensure high data quality
- •Manage the internal sales process from opportunity identification to order intake
- •Handle multiple projects at various stages simultaneously
- •Collaborate with Sales, Construction, Transport, Technical Sales, and Supply Chain
- •Assess project plans to determine optimal turbine type and timing
- •Analyze project costs and configure project builder in ERP systems
