Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, business, economics, or similar
  • Work experience in matrix organizations and complex project environment
  • Organizational and stakeholder skills with ability to project manage sales teamwork
  • Advanced IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, SAP project builder, Primavera, JIRA, Salesforce, and/or AGILE
  • Fluency in written and verbal German and English
  • Engagement, goal-orientation, and methodical approach to work
  • Travel days: Up to 20 days annually

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • Assist the Sales Manager in driving projects forward
  • Prepare internal governance and compile contract documents
  • Create invoices and ensure high data quality
  • Manage the internal sales process from opportunity identification to order intake
  • Handle multiple projects at various stages simultaneously
  • Collaborate with Sales, Construction, Transport, Technical Sales, and Supply Chain
  • Assess project plans to determine optimal turbine type and timing
  • Analyze project costs and configure project builder in ERP systems
