Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in Commercial Controlling, Business Controlling or Performance Management
  • Strong analytical mindset and understanding of sales, pricing, and margin mechanics
  • Confident use of Power BI and SAP Analytics tools with large data sets
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and detail-focused approach to topics
  • Ability to explain complex financial topics clearly to different stakeholder groups
  • Experience in international or multi-country environment (advantageous)

Tasks

  • Analyze and monitor sales and market performance
  • Prepare and improve commercial and management reports
  • Identify key drivers, trends, and deviations in sales, pricing, and profitability
  • Translate business implications from sales and profitability data
  • Analyze trading results and margin development
  • Support commercial and strategic decisions with data
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports
  • Use MS Office, Power BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Collaborate with International finance for planning and forecasting
  • Translate complex financial data into clear insights
  • Provide actionable recommendations to management and stakeholders

Work Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree
