Requirements

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and dashboards
  • First experience with Python or similar
  • Interest in retail, FMCG, digital grocery, pricing, or commercial strategy
  • Organizational skills and proactive mindset
  • Enjoys idea exchange and asking questions
  • Brings energy to the team
  • Fluent English
  • Strong German language skills (plus)

Tasks

  • Analyze customer trends using SQL, Python, or advanced Excel
  • Track competitive positioning and identify growth opportunities
  • Evaluate product performance and app interaction
  • Provide actionable recommendations to refine product offerings
  • Transform campaign and customer data into actionable insights
  • Evaluate marketing activities to drive conversion
  • Create and maintain automated reporting tools in Tableau or Google Sheets
  • Support implementation and evaluation of pricing changes
  • Update and maintain product assortments
  • Evaluate promotional activities to maximize customer value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational improvements

  • Currently in higher education
