Requirements

  • Vocational training as CNC machinist, industrial mechanic, or similar
  • Experience in CNC operation
  • Ability to read technical drawings or willingness to learn
  • Confident use of measurement tools
  • Understanding of tolerances
  • Precise and structured working style
  • Willingness to work shifts (Monday - Friday between 6am and 10pm)

  • Achieve 100% tolerance compliance
  • Verify all parts before use
  • Escalate deviations immediately
  • Ensure stable machine operation
  • Maintain consistent takt time
  • Adhere strictly to processes
  • Keep workspace clean and structured
  • Communicate clearly across shifts
  • Identify irregularities
  • Suggest process improvements
  • Support system optimization

Education

  • Vocational certification
