- Optimize machining strategies for quality, time, and tool wear
- Plan design and production processes
- Independently create or adapt 3D models and drawings using CAD
- Plan the entire process from raw material to finished part
- Select appropriate clamping devices, fixtures, tools, and machining parameters
- Manage tools and processes, ensuring their effectiveness
- Conduct quality assurance through dimensional and visual inspections and documentation
- Maintain and care for machines
- Detect and troubleshoot faults
- Support maintenance activities
