CNC milling complex prototype parts for space mission devices, programming DMU 50/Evo centers with Heidenhain iTNC530. Professional experience in CNC milling with 5-axis machines and programming knowledge required. Two-shift operation.

Requirements

  • Ausbildung als Zerspanungs-, Industrie-, Werkzeugmechaniker oder vergleichbar
  • Gute Werkzeugmaschinen- und Zerspanungstechnikkenntnisse
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich CNC-Fräsen
  • Erfahrung mit 5-Achsenmaschinen
  • Kenntnisse in der CNC-Programmierung
  • Verantwortungsbewusstes und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2-Schicht)
  • Integrität und Bewusstsein für Compliance-Risiken

Tasks

  • Perform CNC milling for prototype construction
  • Work in a two-shift operation
  • Program DMU 50 and DMU 50 Evo centers
  • Use 3D Heidenhain iTNC530 controls
  • Manufacture complex prototype parts
  • Create fixtures for aircraft component testing
  • Apply AlphaCam CAD-CAM for 2D and 3D programs
  • Maintain and repair milling machinery
  • Service and calibrate measuring tools
  • Build and assemble special mechanical equipment

Work Experience

  • approx. 1 - 4 years

Education

  • Vocational certification
