- •Optimize RevPar and total revenue
- •Analyze competitor performance
- •Conduct regular yield and strategy meetings
- •Maintain reservation systems and tools
- •Create detailed reports
- •Collaborate closely with all departments
- •Prepare monthly room forecasts and annual budgets with hotel directors
