- •Several years of experience operating and administering cloud and network architectures
- •Strong skills in automation and DevOps
- •Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities
- •Proven ability to work effectively in a team
- •Professional communication skills
- •Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- •MPLS/Peering/IPsec connectivity; BGP policy control; cipher compliance; HA testing; VRF management
- •Strong WAN BGP/MPLS background
- •Certifications: CCNP Service Provider, Fortinet NSE 4, ITIL Foundation

Tasks
- •Analyze and resolve operational incidents
- •Document incident management processes
- •Escalate issues and coordinate within the team
- •Plan and assess the impact of changes
- •Coordinate and implement changes
- •Ensure smooth platform operation
- •Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- •Contribute to automation and self-service solutions
- •Utilize DevOps tools and Python scripting
- •Collaborate with colleagues on task planning
- •Manage shift schedules and on-call rotations
