Requirements

  • •Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • •Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • •Erfahrung mit Containerisierung (Kubernetes, Docker), CI/CD, Automatisierung (z.B. Ansible, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation)
  • •Technische Kenntnisse in Amazon Web Services oder Google Cloud sowie Microsoft Azure

  • •Cloud-basierte Infrastrukturen oder Cloud-native Anwendungen konfigurieren und verwalten
  • •Überwachungs- und Protokollverwaltungslösungen bereitstellen und warten
  • •Migrationen von On-Premises in die Cloud unterstützen
  • •Datenmigrationen in AWS umsetzen
  • •DevOps-Prinzipien anwenden und geeignete Tools auswählen
  • •Infrastructure-as-Code, Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment und Containerisierung umsetzen
  • •Ansprechpartner:in für Kund:innen sein und bei der Infrastrukturweiterentwicklung unterstützen
  • •2nd Level IT-Support in Bezug auf definierte SLAs und OLAs verantworten
  • •Sicherstellen, dass Kund:innen eine 'Goldstandard'-Erfahrung mit Managed Services machen
