Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies
  • •Expertise in cyber recovery and restoration
  • •Experience in ITSCM and BCM
  • •Practical experience in infrastructure automation
  • •Ideal experience with AI-based optimization
  • •Analytical, structured, and self-driven workstyle
  • •Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • •Very good German and English skills

  • •Resolve 2nd and 3rd-level support incidents

  • •Develop cyber recovery and continuity concepts
  • •Coordinate IT project implementation and testing

  • •Document operations and cyber recovery processes
  • •Analyze and implement process improvements
