Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in medical imaging, medical sciences, life sciences, or related field
- Domain expertise in oncology and/or radiology/nuclear medicine
- Strong scientific writing and data presentation skills
- Experience contributing to peer-reviewed publications
- Experience building relationships with external experts, clinicians, and research communities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to bridge clinical, product, and commercial audiences
- Experience managing or coordinating clinical annotation, labeling, or data review teams
- Direct experience with PET/CT imaging or radioligand therapy
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven clinical tools or health-tech products
- Experience with medical image annotation platforms or ground-truth data pipelines for AI training
- Experience supporting FDA or CE regulatory submissions
- Published research or conference presentations in relevant domains
Tasks
- Drive clinical execution for scientific communications, enablement, and education
- Translate clinical insights into publications, educational programs, and intelligence assets
- Build relationships with key external clinical experts and collaborators
- Support clinical users through pilots, training, and adoption
- Shape product-market fit from a clinical perspective
- Manage the medical annotation team and data pipeline
- Prepare scientific summaries, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and conference materials
- Coordinate publication planning and execution with Medical Director and collaborators
- Review external materials for clinical and scientific accuracy
- Support evidence generation pipelines and documentation
- Develop and deliver educational programs and onboarding resources
- Design and support clinical pilot programs
- Serve as the clinical and scientific point of contact for users
- Evaluate clinical workflows and identify product-market fit opportunities
- Build internal learning programs and provide ongoing clinical support
- Define annotation protocols and quality standards
- Oversee annotator onboarding, training, and performance monitoring
- Support end-to-end data pipeline ownership
- Liaise between annotation, medical, and engineering/ML teams
- Build and maintain relationships with external experts and partners
- Lead operational coordination of clinical investigations and evidence programs
- Coordinate internal reader validation studies
- Organize and support advisory board meetings, clinical workshops, and symposia
- Manage conference logistics and produce intelligence reports
- Drive cross-functional alignment and milestone tracking
- Conduct evidence synthesis, competitive intelligence, and clinical landscape analysis
- Build and maintain medical knowledge hubs and reference resources
- Translate clinical insights into actionable briefs for the medical team
