- Understand client objectives
- Develop client-specific growth strategies
- Drive initial client launch
- Coordinate strategic relaunch and awareness events
- Partner with Wellbeing Engagement Team
- Present best practice workflows
- Review member growth rates
- Suggest member growth strategies
- Provide Wellhub updates
- Collaborate with multiple teams
- Develop member growth strategies
- Deliver on client and company goals
- Analyze client data
- Share findings
- Develop tailored communication strategies
- Increase user engagement
- Own commercial agenda for clients
- Renew and expand contracts annually
- Renegotiate contracts
- Inspire and empower others
- Care for personal and colleagues' wellbeing
- Promote work-life wellness
- Create supportive environment
