- Craft highly individualized solutions for global enterprises
- Understand partners’ core business needs and DNA
- Build bespoke frameworks to support industry leadership
- Scan market for emerging industry trends
- Perform competitor benchmarking
- Leverage external data and internal analytics
- Build cost-saving simulations
- Create compelling business cases for solutions
- Develop high-impact client resources
- Design polished slide decks
- Create intuitive data visualizations
- Produce clear documentation
- Build and maintain internal knowledge base
- Create Notion pages and templates
- Prepare client workshops
- Design workshop agendas and slides
- Manage workshop logistics
- Facilitate alignment between internal teams
- Ensure client needs are met
