Client Account Lead - Strategy Transformation(m/w/x)
Driving data-driven business transformation with strategic customers and C-level executives. Minimum 15 years relevant experience in customer success or strategy consulting required. Equity and 24 weeks paid parental leave.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related industries (e.g., Production, Manufacturing)
- Strong experience driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering, and implementations
- Experience with AI-based transformation (strong plus)
- Deep exposure and experience with successful change management practices
- Ability to navigate large global organizations with persuasive power
- Knows how to work with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities
- Natural and consultative approach when engaging senior executives
- Strong team player with patient, entrepreneurial leadership style
- Project management: ability to organize and manage multiple streams
- Strong communication skills, ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape
- Self-motivated, proactive team player
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, ambiguous environments with various stakeholders
Tasks
- Lead data-driven business transformation with strategic customers
- Engage C-level executives to define long-term vision for Celonis
- Mobilize Celonis resources for customer success
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure proper staffing from global cross-functional teams
- Mentor customers on organization design and platform adoption
- Coach and support team members for success
- Provide feedback to managers on team performance
- Drive end-to-end customer value journey
- Influence key stakeholders through executive communication
- Establish Celonis program roadmap and value plans
- Resolve customer escalations efficiently
- Internalize customer strategy and align Celonis delivery
- Ensure high-quality, on-time project completion
- Meet usage and adoption targets
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards
- Gather insights to improve products and services
- Advocate for customer needs within the company
- Collaborate on customer advocacy strategies
- Drive customer presence at key events
- Serve as a Celonis leader at conferences and webinars
- Contribute to innovation and new asset development
- Enhance value engineering team effectiveness
